Easy Returns

Important: Custom made products (customized products) may not be returned for credit. However, non-custom products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in new, re-sellable condition. Such returns must have an accompanying an RGA number.

Don't forget to include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.

Have you received an incorrect product? If you have received a product that you are not 100% satisfied with, you may return the same to us for a replacement or a refund. Take advantage of our no-nonsense product return policy.

a) If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal, our preferred gateway.

b) If the product does not match your requirements, or is defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.

c) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product. Please note that the labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.
